Shipping policy

General Delivery 

All our items are made to order to reduce the likelihood of overstocking and excess waste. Please allow 8-10 days to dispatch items, so you can expect for your order to arrive in around 2 weeks in the UK. Embroidered items may take longer.

Items being delivered overseas also seem subject to longer delivery times. In some cases we have found items are taking at least 3 weeks to arrive.

All items will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class, we are able to provide other options if necessary. Please contact store@ltbh.co.uk if this applies to you.

Please ensure that you report any deliveries no later than 30 days after non delivery. After this time has elapsed all postal and courier services will not investigate non-delivery meaning we are unable to track your order or organise a refund from the postal/delivery service.

Apologies to our European Community. Please note you will be subject to local taxes due to BREXIT.

For all EU and international deliveries please be advised it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements. Additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes may be required in order to release the goods from customs. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.
